We're looking for a full-time/part time
web designer.

The ideal candidate is well versed in HTML, Photoshop and Freehand and experienced in all manner of web-design elements, such as the design and layout of links, menus, and text. The Web Designer's primary dutys will be to design web site layouts. The Web Designer will also be responsible for maintenance of existing Crealive sites.

Requirements

* Basic HTML skills
* Graphic-design skills, including fluency in
   Photoshop, Freehand
* Strong artistic sense
* Knowledge of browser-compatibility issues
* Ability to work independently to tight
   deadlines
* Around two years industry experience

Plusses:

* Strong HTML skills (including CSS, JavaScript)
* Strong copyediting skills
* Proficiency with Flash
